As a courtesy, we phone and verify benefits for all of our clients. Our patients understand that the information received from their insurance company is “not a warranty of coverage” and it is their responsibility to verify the accuracy of the details provided to us.

You should supply us with your current insurance card at your initial visit, and notify us when your insurance provider changes.

All co-payments and charges are due when your services are delivered. No insurer who verifies your insurance coverage for a proposed course of treatment can postpone your treatment, coverage is between you and your insurance provider. Once Again, confirmation of one’s insurance benefits is “not a guarantee of coverage” and is provided as a courtesy by The Denver Chiropractic Clinic. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to understand your insurance coverage benefits, for example co-payments and deductibles. It’s also your duty to take care of any conflicts between you and your insurance company as soon as claims are submitted and benefits are received.

Our business office will happily file most of your insurance claims for you.

If the insurance provider has not paid in full inside of 45 days, the total amount billed is your obligation. Should there be an overpayment, we will credit your account and you’ll receive refund, as long as there is no outstanding balance.
